2020 “Seapig” Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Dry farmed, 35 year old Sees Clone Chardonnay from the Dehlinger Family’s Stiling Ranch vineyard provided the fruit for this bottling. Harvested quite early to preserve all the verve and freshness for which vines like these grown on Goldridge soils are known for.

Granny Smith apple, hyacinth, and white jasmine aromatic notes give way to a clean entry offering up white pear, lichee, and lime merangue flavors. The crisp, delineated flavors are balanced by an impossibly ethereal plush texture that somehow achieves the balance of providing volume without weight. The seamless, prolonged finish is both clean and full. This wine is remarkably easy to drink, and is a ton of bang for the buck!

$32 per bottle.
